And as a personal data subject,
pursuant to Art. 7 item 3 of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 I withdraw the consent I have given for my personal data to be collected, stored, used and made available to third parties by “ПЕТС ГОТ СТАЙЛ ТУ“ ЕООД.
Upon termination of the above actions, I request that my personal data be deleted by “ПЕТС ГОТ СТАЙЛ ТУ“ ЕООД, so long as its storage is not based on an obligation arising from a legislative act or if “ПЕТС ГОТ СТАЙЛ ТУ“ ЕООД does not have other legitimate grounds for the storage.
The withdrawal has effect in the future; the processing of my personal data by “ПЕТС ГОТ СТАЙЛ ТУ“ ЕООД until receipt of this declaration, has been done upon my explicit consent and was therefore lawful.
