I explicitly agree to provide PETS GOT STYLE TOO Ltd with my personal data and pursuant to Art. 7 item 1 of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 I give my free, explicit, informed consent my personal data to be collected, stored, used and made available to third parties (NRA, Certified Public Accountant, Banks, Other Legal Entities and other Administrative Bodies and individuals) by Pets Got Style Too Ltd in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as in accordance with the internal company, technical and production rules of the company.
In connection with the above-mentioned , I declare that I have been informed by PETS GOT STYLE TOO Ltd:
• That I may freely withdraw my consent in the same manner as I have given it in writing to Pets Got Style Too Ltd, and that the withdrawal of my consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent given before its withdrawal;
• That I may ask for my personal data to be corrected in case of inaccurate data or in the event of a change;
• That I have the right to request information about my personal data processed by Pets Got Style Too Ltd;
• The way my personal data is being collected, stored and processed;
• That Pets Got Style Too Ltd will collect, store and process my personal data only for the purposes of the legal relationship between us (Pets Got Style Too Ltd is a seller and I am a buyer) and for the purposes stipulated in the tax legislation;
• That I have the legal opportunity to request a restriction on the processing of my personal data pursuant to Art. 18 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, except where the processing is due to an obligation imposed on the controller of personal data by a legislative act;
• That I have the legal opportunity to request my personal data to be deleted (the “right to be forgotten”) under Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, except where the processing is due to an obligation imposed on the data controller by a legislative act;
• That I have the legal opportunity to file an objection against the data controller, as well as a complaint to the controlling organ – the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
